Culinary Ventures Vending actively seeks to incorporate environmentally friendly practices by promoting green initiatives in our route operations and office activities. With these practices, we hope to complement green initiatives supported by our customers and that together we can make a significant difference in New Jersey and surrounding tri-state areas.
Some Examples of Our Green Initiative are as Follows:
At Culinary Ventures Vending we try and reduce driving time by having our route people service our customers within a specific area. During service calls, we try and equip our service vehicles with the necessary parts to complete the vast majority of service calls on the first visit, eliminating the need for a return trip.
Within our business practices we try to reduce, reuse, and recycle.
All cardboard is recycled.
We are actively retrofitting our machines to make them more energy efficient.
Vending Misers can be installed on our vending machines to reduce power consumption.
We are actively installing LED lighting on all our machines to help cut power usage in accordance with energy star guidelines.
We have reduced fleet by 30% because of technology remote monitoring
